Description

Trash accumulates in the front yard.. concrete blocks, pallets and other miscellaneous trash. Trash accumulates in the back yard in the visible area and also in the make shift shed. Heavy accumulation in all areas. Trash can is uncovered. Beyond being unsightly it is attractive to animals which turn over the trash can. There are not separate cans for recyclables and trash. Trash is often put out mixed. Apparently tenants are not given instructions as to procedure and times. This must be corrected to make Skillman Avenue an attractive area.

A. This has been a recurring situation for approx. ten-twelve years. Inspectors from Jersey City have visited yet there is no noticeable improvements.
