It is a well known fact that the sidewalks in Burlington are in terrible shape, there are limited finances and staff to repair them. Can the City provide a database to the Citizens that will acknowledge these problems and address when they will be repaired. There are significant ADA compliance issues throughout the city, the city appears to be ignoring them for years. Would City Attorney Blackwood care to comment how Burlington is not accountable for their poor condition and failure to be compliant with Federal laws?
