Per DPW Water Division: "Yesterday, late afternoon, Water Distribution was charging the line on King St as part of the relining project. This caused a change in pressure that disturbed the naturally occurring sediments and minerals in the water and this is what caused the discoloration. When the work is done, running the cold water in one of the faucets for about 10-15 minutes will help get it back to its normal appearance. If you wish to learn more about this please visit the Water and Wastewater page onthe City website where there is a section about discolored water and hydrant flushing" - this issue is closed.
