within 24 hrs a car in the lot was ransacked with money stolen and a bicycle was stolen from back porch. APD was called on both issues. Neighbors and tenants have described seeing kids who live on Providence St. and others on bikes taking long looks inside cars and onto porches and into garages. PLEASE be vigilante and report anything out of the ordinary. We can't let bad people and bad behavior take over our great neighborhood!!
