Send the photo to Casella , and a copy to the Geneva PD.
As you have reported this same issue on several occasions, and as the photo clearly shows what # truck it is (which Casella should already know), unless Casella drivers have been granted an exemption to the law concerning one way streets, they should be ticketed based on the photo alone. Not only is it unlawful, it seems dangerous, and having the city ignore it puts us at risk for a lawsuit if someone gets hurt.
The very best way to address this is to call 911 when it is happening, and to be willing to sign a statement when the PD arrives. This is our best opportunity to enforce.
As of 0730, 9.12.2016, Geneva Police is waiting on a Return Call from Operations Manager in Vermont. Marked units will also attempt to identify the driver. Please email me @ erh@geneva.ny.us
