Description
Graffiti is on upper E. Wacker Dr. just slightly east of Stetson in front of the Hyatt hotel entrance. It is along the sidewalk between the hotel and Wacker Drive. It might not be a traffic control box but it is a city box on the pole. It is just next to the staircase going down to middle Wacker Drive.
