Description
The *new* sidewalk pedestrian crossing at Observatory and Geddes Avenue has been moved so that it crosses further into Geddes Ave. This creates a situation where vehicles traveling West on Geddes stop OVER the pedestrian crossing (white striped lines), forcing the pedestrian to walk in front of the vehicle in the intersection. Additionally, if the vehicle is sitting at the red light, waiting to turn right, they are only looking LEFT for traffic coming from the South and they DO NOT see the pedestrians crossing Geddes from North to South (near Forest Hill Cemetary), creating a very dangerous situation for pedestrians.
