The stop sign at intersection of Banks Place and Winter Street is twisted so that it faces Winter at an odd angle instead of Banks Pl as intended.

Does this response mean that the city has communicated this to the MBTA? Or just that the city is washing it's hands of the issue?
Even if Banks Pl is maintained by the MBTA, Winter Street is a public road. If there is a safety concern with a public road in Malden, the City should be helping to get the issue to the right people. Telling citizens "not my problem" is not good customer service.

The Malden DPW as a courtesy has already replaced this pole and sign 3 times in the last year. It is T property as they do not monitor our SC system. You would need to contact the MBTA directly at 617-222-3368. We also called on your behalf and left message with the T.
