@ 25/27 nw 57 th street my neighbors NEVER pick up their garage. One time leaving a dead cat on the sidewalk in front of their house . On Sunday night 8/22 they put 2 very full recycling bins in front to be picked up. The recycling in on every other Tuesday. The next one being on Tuesday 8/30. And trash is flying everywhere..including my yard .please get someone to tell them about too much garage in and around their house. Thank you
