Keep bombarding 311 and the 70 precinct. i don't get it.

btw that car isnt the only one, theres a rogue BMW that likes to park at the crosswalk so it blocks the ramp access. No one is doing anything about it around here.

Police must respond to all 3-1-1 complaints. Unfortunately, it is possible that the vehicle will move by the time they arrive. This time its at the corner of midwood where he/she doesn't have to pay a meter. Mind you there's a bus at a hydrant a few cars up from it with no plates (1-1-1310948011)

This is becoming a habit. I saw a BMW this morning with no plates too on Glenwood Road. If there are no plates on a car, they should be towed immediately. People see one person doing it, and it spreads like wildfire.

It's probably that same rogue BMW that has a NYPD Vest in the dashboard (like that helps).
I called the 70 pct and the lady was like (rudely) "you call everyday" , umm no i don't, but if someone else is that's great. I don't know why NY doesn't have tow trucks/booters that can just it on the spot.

Please provide us with the address this vehicle is parked ifo or across from and a time of the day you usually observe it (or any other vehicle in the similar circumstances). Knowing make, model and color is also helpful. Thank you.

Actually walked by it tonight with the rear license plate on - HDC 6755. It's strange -- seems like all make/model identifiers are gone from the body of the car. It literally looks like a dark grey, unpainted car that just rolled out of an auto body shop too early. Windows are super tinted.
