Description
These dangerous pieces of metal are in front of Starbucks on Ponce De Leon Avenue downtown Decatur. It appears that 2 sign posts were cut off about 8" from the ground and left there instead of being removed. If a child or adult fell here, they could easily be impaled on these sharp objects.
