That doesn't look like AMP's property. Therefore, "AMP" is going to tell you to contact the owner of the item, just like they directed me earlier this week. I now keep a timecard for the hours that I perform services at the request of AMP. If you don't mind, I would like to call AT&T or Comcast on your behalf, if AMP directs you to call the owner. This way I can add the hours to my timecard.
So if they say it is not their property and you are saying you don't think it looks like their property why would you think you could hold this against them ?
Fred, based upon what I have learned during the past few months, all power poles within the City of Alameda are owned and maintained by Alameda Municipal Power (AMP). However, public utilities laws require AMP to share their power poles with phone and cable service providers, and to notify those phone and cable providers of all hazardous conditions. If a phone or cable provider fails to remedy the hazardous condition, then the owner of the power pole (AMP) shall remedy the problem themselves. In other words, AMP is responsible for ensuring that all safety concerns are mitigated, whenever it pertains to their power poles, regardless of whose property is on the power pole.
