Description

One street north of Sheppard on the west side of the street. This is the worst of its kind I have seen. The cans are useless as the hole is not big enough for anything larger than a small coffee cup, a medium one has to be forced through or one has to push the flap-yech.
These cans are a blight on the City and another example of the City being conned by an outside company that is not being held to its contract by councillors who only seem to be interested in themselves.
