Old Columbia Rd eastbound at the Eden brook intersection. Backed up to guilford rd. It was around 330 pm. If you have a time stamp from the original posting, that would be within a few minutes. If you have access to WAZE traffic history that might help.

The presence detection has been damaged at the intersection and has been tasked for replacement. In the meanwhile, green time is being adjusted as best as allowable. We thank you for your continued patience.
