Description

It's bad enough to see political signs on city property but this takes the cake. Wood frame loaded with sharp spikes all around. With all the children in the neighborhood it is an accident waiting to happen

Yes location of signs is a code issue. The spiked nails on frame are a public health issue since this is on city property.
