We have referred the issue to Code Enforcement because this area is private property.

This issue and any associated permits for the property will be reviewed at the zoning enforcement team meeting on Monday August 22, 2016.

I was told the north end of the beach is actually owned by the town of burlington that is why all the boats are there and not on all parts of the beach. Is this accurate?
