This situation has been going on for years now without any resolution. Soon children will be heading back to school and be exposed to used needles, condoms, human waste and trash. The City seems to be helpless in resolving this serious danger to this neighborhoods health and warefare. We need corrective action now.

The city is unwilling to help, because they have no solutions. Someone from outside the city needs to help city leaders with a solution. A city leader from Oakland can go to Seattle to see how they r handling their encampments.
