Mr. Perkins - are you an elected official/hired employee of the city? True - "Greg" may have been blocking the sidewalk but unless you are a democratically elected/professionally employed member of the city the truly dangerous and innapropriate situation here is your vigilante behavior. Going forward please contact the authorities instead of pretending you are a representative of the city.
