Investigated 12/20/16, small crack in the headwall. Will have the area patched with cement. J. Barker.

This damage is due to repeated flooding over the years including the most recent flood on July 30th. So although the crack may look cosmetic, you should check the integrity of the entire headwall. From prior property owner, Shugar.

This was repaired by M. Wolf's contractor in 2018. Jim B.
