I have spoken with Missouri City and told this is not their issue. I have spoken with Ft. Bend County, Lakes of Brightwater Homeowners and First Colony Homeowners and they all stated it is the city's issue. If you are going west on Cartwright Rd in the left turn lane at Creek Terrace, there is a large tree with drooping branches. The branches are hanging so low, they scrape the roofs of sport utility vehicles and large trucks. The branches need to be cut and the tree needs to be shaped. Thank you.
