several street lights not functioning in Jefferson Park
It is very dark in park after sunset and many cars / people gather in park to conduct their "business", drugs, alcohol, meetings on bikes.
The park has become very scary and if we walk by the park one can smell the drugs and alcohol.
this park needs police involvement and city enforcement of lights, signs prohibiting activity after sundown and illegal business
