Sec. 17.106. Rubbish, debris, noxious weeds
declared to be a nuisance.
(a)
What Constitutes a Public Nuisance.
Ex-
cept for weeds, brush and grass on land actively
devoted to agricultural or conservation uses, the
following are declared a public nuisance:
Rubbish, trash, dry brush, noxious weeds or
grass exceeding 12 inches in height, or debris
or other material of a flammable nature which
creates or tends to create a fire hazard endan-
gering life or property or which may interfere
with emergency operations or endanger fire...
At the very least this would not be tolerated in Columbia or Ellicott City and shouldn't be here.

Even though they've been cited twice, Roll Rite Tire (associated with the property owners) continues to illegally park tractor trailers and box trucks on that property. I'd bet they are storing tires in the trucks. State and HoCo FD has restricted the number of tires to 1500. Way down from the 20,000 or more that were there in the recent past.
This corner could really use TIF SUPPORT, not HOWARD HUGHES in Columbia.

"The Fire Marshal has issued a Notice of Violation to the Resident Agent at California Inn, and they have 10 days to take care of the trash. I will follow-up again then. They also issued a citation to Roll Rite and they have until 5pm tomorrow."
I and others are sure to follow up
