Description

There is a water leak in my cul-de-sac about 3 feet from the end of my drive way. Water is bubbling up through the asphalt. Even with the scorching heat of the last week there has been a constant puddle with bubbling water, and orange clay coming up from below the asphalt. It's been leaking for at least 3 weeks, and the water company keeps giving us the run around.
