Description
This is beyond a pothole!!! Anyone coming from Groesbeck on to Cole ends up driving on the left side so they don't ruin their cars. You keep adding patches which end up making it even more bumpy. This is do to the business directly in front of it using Cole as an exit with trucks full of salt every time there's an inch or more, which is why it's only THAT spot in the whole neighborhood. Make them pay for it!
BTW, turn your Google Map to satellite; there's your picture.

I haven't seen any patchwork done since my comment. What I did see was two full block block sections redone a few weeks prior to my comment but that was done only because you had a pipe issue.
As for needing money, why are these huge semi-trucks allowed to drive on Cole and why are these businesses allowed to use Cole to enter and exit with huge pick-ups filled with salt pouring out all over? They don't plow or salt Cole (purposely) or any other street. Most likely they're plowing parking lots for commercial businesses. This is a residential side street, not Groesbeck which is the proper entrance and exit for these businesses. Why are they allowed to use Cole and why are they not paying for a real repair? Throwing asphalt on top, patting it with the back of a shovel and driving away is not fixing the problem...it's creating an even bigger problem!!!!!
