Can the police do something about a group of young men hanging out at the corner of Bergen ave and Dwight street? They hang out there very late and they are very loud. They yell and put their Car music loud. Also, when their friends pass by in their cars, they honk and yell to each other. Most people on the street block are upset about this problem but they are afraid to report it. Also, most the people hang out do not live in that block.
