Per CSR: There is no “public access” seen that connects 10th Ave S and Roser Park Dr. The address provided is a home on the South Side of 10th Ave S.
This request will be closed until further information can be obtained or if there is an access point for the neighbors it may be on private property and would need to be cited by codes.
We would need a photo showing the area and/or the closest address to locate. CSR walked around the area and could not locate any stairs in disrepair.
