the house is on the corner of Shelburne Rd and Ferguson Ave. On the Shelburne Rd side, a tree branch is obstructing passage

On the other side of Shelburne Road at 410 and 434 a hedge in front of 410 and trees in front of 434 make it very difficult for people to pass each other without leaving the sidewalk. I mentioned this last year and eventually both businesses trimmed the obstructing hedge and trees a bit which helped. They need to do this each year however. Sidewalks are the property of South Burlington and should not be obstructed. This problem continues each year.
