Issue still not addressed. If the city is willing to give the property to me, then I can address the problem myself. Otherwise, it would be great if they can remove these stumps.

Stumps still present. LCI filed complaints about growth in back of house and up side of house, but vines are a result of these tree stumps. They are located on city property, so the city should be responsible for their removal.

Tree stumps still remain, and continue to grow vines which climb up the side and back of house. Would appreciate some kind of response from the city as to how/when these tree stumps can be removed. Maybe when the city comes to mow and clean the land, they can remove the stumps, which would hopefully remedy the problem.
