Description

Percy Street Park is a lovely 'pocket park" that is accessed from both Percy Street and Sumach Street. The access from Sumach Street is just south of a TTC building and north of a car park. This pathway needs to be improved, it's partly blocked by a salt bin (from TTC?) and the large rocks that are supposed to keep the cars off it have been moved onto the path. The path is also unpaved and quite messy to walk on. The salt box needs to be moved, the rocks need to be placed in correct place and the path needs to be fixed. In addition one of the catch-basins from the Richmond Street ramp above the path seems to be blocked so that when it rains hard water showers into the path.
