Corrosion from water entering the arches and weakening the steel will cause it to fall shortly. It is in dangerous condition for people to enter under and stand under. The 1930s viewing paviolion lost its roof in the 1980's after is cought fire. The opened end of the arches has steel and concrete that has rotted away badly. The steps and platform are in good condition for such an old building. Arches should be closed with asphalt after probing to see if the steel can be replaced . For now the public should probably not be passing under it. . took many photos with restoration architect and wrote report.
