DPW responds to each submission about dumping on Vale Street. In fact, the Director says they're there two days a week, whether an issue has been submitted online or not. That is the extent to which City hall can address the issue. It sounds like you're talking about the root of the problem: the illegal dumpers. That would be a police matter and you should call 617-466-4855 to see if some sort of surveillance could be set up to catch these people.
