Description

The renter at 71 Edgewood Ave has his vehicles parked on the lawn and the grass is destroyed. On top of that he has an RV parked on the street that has power run to it from the house. It has wooden doors and is constantly on jack stands with children playing underneath. This is always seen after 6 pm.
