Young adults arguing/partying on steps. Being obnoxiously loud for over 2 hours. Tried flashing lights in house which led to cursing directed at me behind window curtain... Still yelling and carrying on but don't feel comfortable going outside alone to ask them to quiet down. Ongoing problem here. Hoping the police who keeps driving by asks them to move it along so we can get some sleep.
