Maple Park Dr. like Leonard Cir is a residential street. That has no parking restrictions on this street re: time restrictions, resident parking. The only enforcement that can be done is if they leave their vehicles there for more than 48 hrs. The residents of the apartment building haven't complained about parking issues there. They would have to request the Medford Traffic Commission to have restrictions on the street. It is not practical to install kiosks at locations such as this.

Not looking for another kiosk, but free parking is being provided for commuters who don't pay taxes in Medford. Just doesn't seem fair.

I won't disagree with you. But unless residents complain there's no reason to put restrictions on the street.
