Description
This house was occupied by a disabled woman and her husband. It seems to always have young adults there, and the house is turning into a dump. There's at least 2 cars parked on their lawn daily along with garbage strewn all over he lawn and the house is getting in worse condition daily. I am mainly concerned that this retired couple isn't being taken advantage of by these young people they have living there. Would you be able to do a welfare check?
