Broken bench, has been cleaned up. How do we replace it?

Is this one of the Chairigami benches? If yes, something more sturdy is probably best for the replacement (even a diy-project with old wooden milk crates could work better, I think). Where was this one stationed?

This was on Chapel near the corner of State, due to the lack of bus shelter. It's a shame it didn't last longer; they're $100-something.
