I saw this person reporting this and many of the "parking issues" walking up and down this area taking pictures and entering private property to do so, also was testing railings etc...I asked what they were doing and she said she works for the city. she does not. this is trespassing. That is breaking the law. Go get another hobbie
If someone is falsely identifying themselves as a city employee/trespassing you should call the Burlington Police at 658-2700. Take a photo of the violator if you don't think you would remember the description for the police.
All Code Enforcement staff have identification and wear clothing with a city logo on it. As for identification and report anyone who breaks the law to the police.
