Description
The shantytown that has sprung up on this lot appears to have encroached upon land that the owner Boggs does not legally own. The vehicles and fencing appear to be built on land that is not part of the Pinellas Property Appraisers plot. The vehicles and fencing are built almost on top of the sidewalk that runs next to the encampment. The plot on the website shows the pie shaped property does not come as close to the sidewalk as they have built their structures.
