Description

Lots of trash/litter beside roads. In particular - beside the Southwest clover leaf from Broken Land Parkway onto Rt 32 East.

This issue has been open for over 90 days and the condition has gotten worse. The vegetation is now so high the the line-of-site is restricted as you merge onto Rt 32 East from Broken Land Parkway. There are many such clover leafs in Howard County that are in a similar poor condition.

It has now been 120 days and the area still looks terrible. Needs to be mowed (all clover leafs at this intersection) and trash cleaned.

It has been 180 days. The area was mowed and looks better although there is still trash and weeds growing near the curb leading to an obstructed view.
