You are the nuisance. These garages are not causing an inconvenience or annoyance.
They might look bad but unless you purposely look that direction there is no issue.
If you feel these are a danger why not stop and talk to the owners, send an anonymous letter or call the authorities?
Why do you choose to publicly shame the owners?
Can you be constructive instead of destructive with your time?
