Description
Complaints have been made to owner of property without any results for over one year. The roof is leaking and falling in making black mold. There is a rodent infestation droppings can be seen in and around the property. The stove is inoperable where the heating elements have removed. The electrical system needs to be updated to code. There are sparks when turning on lights. There are dogs in the backyard that are malnourished and flea infestation that is out f control. Homeowner doesn't dispose of garbage and hazardous waste properly such as automobile engine oil. Discarded tires add to debris.
