We live next to the church and have attempted to attend services. The church has been closed for at least three years.

Ok. So I wonder who maintains the property?

Do wonder about this property. One of the buildings is obviously being used as residential. The old signs are in my opinion an eyesore since they don't relate to anybody's current operations. Is the person living in the residential property paying normal property tax or are they in some kind of exempt place?

I looked at the address with this post and it comes up 431 Pacific which is an apartment complex; Perhaps there is a better address or location finder for this?

Nothing has changed here. Sign the same. Probably a residence miscategorized and able to pay little in property tax.

still think city should remove this private religious sign that serves no purpose. And I say this as an active member of a local Christian church. There is something really off about this property.

Doesn't anyone in city of Alameda want to look into this?
