Description

Reported by phone and email, no response: The plow took out the shut off cover and its collar / seat a month ago, located at the fire hydrant just after Bianchini's driveway. hole was open; found cover/ collar recently & it is minimally seated in the hole. This will be taken out again by the next plow. Further down the lane at the last fire hydrant, the same occured a couple years ago. Reported that 3 time, NEVER fixed; hole is now invisible: filled with road gravel.
