This is the second time since the start of alley pick up that we have been missed. There have been two scheduled days and both were skipped. Please advise when pick up will be and why we are being missed. The entire alley had their bins out as requested by the city but you are not showing up. We are paying for this service and would like collection in the correct day.

The City of St Petersburg periodically reviews past reports that are made from citizens within our city limits, and in an effort to clean-up old issues that were resolved some time ago, we are marking as 'closed' those issues that were submitted in the past for which the work has been completed or the issue has otherwise been resolved.
