Description

Seawall needs to be fixed or replaced. Seawall has sunk and has large holes allowing for the backyard to erode into the canal system. On high tides the seawall is completely under water. On low tides one can see the 'beach' from the amount of erosion into the canal. I would suggest the city to talk to the current onwer and create a game plan for the seawall to be replaced. Fines and dredging the canal finger may be needed due to the fact of complete disregard for the system and enviroment.
