Trash is worse than ever. I realize that probably some frequent walkers by this home think it is okay to stick garbage in the bushes or maybe toss it in the yard, but that is because they see garbage there already and they think it is okay. Please cite this owner. She needs to sell the property or clean it up. It is not fair to all of us who have to drive by everyday on our way to our own homes (one way streets force a long stretch of Morris Street to have to drive by this ugly property). I believe she lives in Delmar.

Has anyone actually come to the property to evaluate? No change in the situation.

This home is unsecured again and is still a terrible eyesore for the neighbors. Can't we do better, Albany? Is this really acceptable? This property has been mowed once this year. Once.
