Description

Dog owners refuse to clean up after their pets. Despite asking nicely, this continues to happen. Can signs be placed to "remind" people the phone number to call to report this and the the fine they face for not cleaning up after their dog? Even as a dog owner, I am aware of the health risks this poses.
