Law enforcement issues (illegal parking or other activities, noise ordinance violations, etc.) need to be reported directly to the St. Petersburg Police Department by calling 727-893-7780 (for non-emergencies) or 911 (for emergencies.)
The house is a CODES matter - the house is unsafe and has no running water - the police have referred the neighbors around the house to you for action. Our next step is 8 on your side, we can let them know that the mayor's office does not care about enforcing codes in a black neighborhood. Please look into this matter.
Thank you for reporting this issue to us via SeeClickFix St. Pete. We have forwarded the information you have provided concerning no utilities on the property to our Codes Compliance Assistance Department, and they will now inspect the location and take any necessary action. Sincerely, Mayor's Action Center
