Description

We live on Liberty Road near Asbury Rd and Old Asbury Rd. The speeding has become a major problem on Liberty Rd as vehicles are able to carry their speed from Asbury Rd as they make the slight left-hand turn onto Liberty Rd. The speed limit is 35MPH (which is too high to begin with), but most cars are able to travel at speeds in the 50s and 60s. This stretch of road has become a commuter route and needs speed bumps. there are a lot of young children who live on this road and whose lives are at risk.

There is no need for the speed limit to be 35, and there is no reason that speed bumps should not be placed on Liberty Rd after the intersection with Asbury Rd.
