Description

Dead branches falling off dead tree. This will be the third complaint made to 311 for the removal of this tree. My neighbor has also lodged two complaints. This last incident was a close call as my neighbor had passed that spot a few minutes before. Branches continuosly falling from this tree presents a harzardous condition to anyone passing.
